Contact details from the request form: phone number or Telegram username.

Your request description, if provided.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, country (to set the phone mask).

Anonymous visit statistics via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: pages viewed, traffic sources, time on site.

3. Why we process it

To reply to your request and contact you.

To improve the Site and understand which content is useful.

To display the interface correctly: theme, language, phone mask.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law. Requests from the form are sent over a secure channel to the project team who handle them. Visit statistics are processed by Yandex and Google under their own privacy policies.

5. Storage and deletion

We keep data no longer than needed to answer your request and improve the Site. To delete your data, message us on Instagram.

6. Security

We take organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Site stores your preferences in the browser: theme and dismissed notices. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics use their own cookies for statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the Site will keep working.
